Let’s have a look on these three years of Government

On 26 May 2014, Narendra Modi became the prime minister of India. The Modi led BJP Government has taken numerous initiatives to transform India into New India. Some of the initiatives are Jan-Dhan Yojana, Swach Bharat Abhiyan, Digital India and so on. Let’s have a look at these initiatives and see, how much it was successful?

Aadhar Card

Well, this initiative has been taken by BJP government. It is working so well. In every essential thing needs to be included with Aadhar Card. Aadhar Card is a special identity proves in everywhere. That initiative created a revolution in India.

Well, No one can duplicate an individual just because of its biometrics. Frankly, this unique identity is to track the social security of an individual. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) said that 93% adults have Aadhar Card. This
initiative worked so well and still going on.

Digital India

The government wishes to interact with people and stay tuned all time. If we talk about the digital media where they try to reach the homes of the public. Digital India has come with the help of Modi Government in 2015. The main purpose of this initiative is to talk with people, know their issues and work for them. This program spends almost Rs.1,13,000 crore to bring the country knowledge-based transformation. Well, the effect of this scheme seemed so positive. People have started
connecting.

This project is a dream of the Indian government to empower India digitally, and today, good governance brings synchronization and coordination among the public with the help of digital world. In the time of social media, this is the best platform to acknowledge public about policies and laws. That can be possible with the help of digital world.

Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana

This initiative came in 2014. Well, it’s a good initiative
for those who don’t have their bank account. The slogan of PMJDY is ‘Mera Khata Bhagya Vidhata'(My bank Account the creator of good fortune). Villagers can open their account
with zero rupees and get insurance if they get injured or die. Although the government claims its scheme has reached even at the small house as well. According to the data, 60% account is
from rural or semi-urban areas. Now, this time 22.71 crore Rupay cards have been issued. This initiative created a revolution in the village area.

Swach Bharat Abhiyaan

Launched by the BJP, on October 2, 2014. It aims to
clean India, bring 2.5 lakh seats of community toilets, 2.6 lakh seats of public toilets and of course provide solid waste management for all towns. Well, the effect of this scheme seems to blur like wind even how many popular faces have been the parts of this scheme.

Make in India

This initiative aims to make employment opportunities for unemployed people, However, it seems quite blur. Because of its employment is too low and improving yet. By the end of 2017, India got 42 places with Ease of Doing Business Index, 19 places
notches 32nd of World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Index. A few more
industries are working well, but if we talk about unemployment so still it’s there.

Demonetization

Truly, 9TH of November was the historical day for India just because of that announcement of Demonetization compelling public to make India Cashless Country like all the developed country hold. Well, this initiative is witnessed of the positive response in India.

Pahal

It aims to provide subsidized rates on the LPG cylinders. Those who have joined the scheme get
the subsidy in their account directly. But still, the rural area faces problems.

Instead of this, There are numerous policies and initiatives taken by NDA Government. They made efforts to change the scenario in India, but some of the initiatives worked, or some didn’t. Hope for better improvement and development for this year as well.
