Watch: A Take On Being A South Indian In Delhi

“Padmaavat” has been in the news for all the wrong reasons since the shooting of the movie started in 2017. By the end of 2017, the release of the movie was stalled due to huge protests. Now that the movie has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with cuts and a change of name, it is now confirmed that this movie will release on January 25 this year.

‘Cut Coffee Paste’, a stand-up comedy duo, has been able to find a funny side to all of this. In their latest video, they explain their struggles of being south Indians born and raised in Delhi. They are able to point out examples of incidents that most south Indians have to face in cities across north India. Through their jokes, they also point out the ignorance of Indians towards the geographical diversity of their own country. From being made fun of to making fun of, they describe their journey. ‘Cut Coffee Paste’ also explains why every south Indian should hold protests against King Khan, and this is seriously funny.

This one is especially for the Alia Bhatt fans, as one of them also describes why he doesn’t like Shahrukh Khan and Alia Bhatt anymore and how “Dear Zindagi” screwed up his love life even before it started.

The video is a funny mix of stories and experiences.
