Several members of Karni Sena burned down Vehicles and did a lot of property damage in the name of protests. They burned down a school bus in Gurgaon and a few people actually tweeted saying it wasn’t done by Karni Sena members it was done by a few Muslims to which Gurgaon police showed the names of the people involved in that incident.

The Padmaavat controversy- IN short Karni Sena and other Rajputs have been protesting against Padmavati as Sanjay Leela Bhansali has shown Rani Padmavati in a wrong picture.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got open death threats. A BJP leader kept a bounty of 10 crore for beheading Deepika. Don’t you think method acting has gone too far? I mean Deepika and Ranveer had already gone out of their heads for their role in the movie…. JUST like the Karni Sena.
Later the movie got several cuts by CBFC board and now it will be named as Padmavat. Because CBFC thought an I for an I will make the protestors blind.
Now Padmavati was set to release with Padman but Akshay Kumar shifted the date of the release to make sure there is no Box Office clash.
Padman is a movie about women dealing with the bleeding caused due to natural fertility cycle whereas Padmavati is a movie where a group of people will make you bleed.
CM of Rajasthan also said that the movie will not release in the state and it did not.
Although Padmaavat had a great success on the box office which made Shahid Kapoor’s first movie to make it to the 100 crore club. Finally Rajputs are actually bringing some good luck in his life.

Fun fact : No threats have been made against Shahid Kapoor as he already has one Rajput in his possession.
This whole controversy was nothing but a political agenda carried on in the name of hatred.
