Fraud by amazon

I ordered an iPhone x order no 407-6741741-4453161. On 23 feb 2018. I received the package on 28 February 2018. But when i opened the box it didn’t contain the iPhone but a metal plate instead. It had all the accessories but of foreign country. It was not even Indian. I contacted the amazon customer service they said that they will look into the matter and asked me to wait for 5-6 days. And after many calls to the amazon customer care they said that they have delivered the right product and they can’t do anything for my refund. I talked to them many times but they said the same thing. I have no option left but to challenge amazon in consumer court. As i cant let my hard earned money to go in vain.
I was an old customer of amazon but after this experience i am never gonna buy things from amazon.
So the moral of the story is never buy anything from amazon. Flipkart is better than amazon
