Respected CM,
First of all, I would like to inform you that, I am Mehul Choradiya, a resident of Khachrod Tehsil of Ujjain District. Sir, we have seen you as a Chief Minister for the last 13 years, it’s been delightful to see you as a CM and at the same time, I have some questions for you.
1. In Madhya Pradesh, we produce double the demand for electricity but still, people of Madhya Pradesh pay thrice the amount paid by Delhi for electricity. When we are in surplus production, why don’t you lower the rates of electricity, if Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal can do this, why don’t you? I came to know that because of some agreements made by you and your cabinet the government pays ₹84 per unit, ₹34 per unit to electricity producing plant, is it true?
2. My second question is, if Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal can give water up to 20,000 litres free of cost, why don’t you? Don’t you think clean water is a basic necessity and everyone has the right to have it?
3. Sir, recently somewhere you said that now your aim and focus will be on the education sector. So I want to ask you – wasn’t education your priority the last 13 years? When Delhi’s education minister can provide world-class swimming pools, hockey turfs, gyms, football grounds, synthetic athletics turfs, highly equipped libraries in government schools, why don’t you? When Arvind Kejriwal government can make strict rules for private owners so that they can’t raise school fees on their demand, why can’t you?
4. What do you think about Mohalla Clinics and Poly Clinics built by Delhi government? Are you going to follow Delhi Government and gift us Mohalla Clinics in Madhya Pradesh too?
5. Sir, Madhya Pradesh State Assembly passed a bill to allow the death penalty for those who rape girls under the age of 12, a big thanks to you for that. But why don’t you take some strict action so that this crimes like these don’t happen in the first place? Appointment of guards in buses, CCTV camera and panic buttons could make a difference.
