A person who is divyang is considered as a disable.It can be a deaf, blind, or physical challenged etc. These person receive relaxation in private and govt jobs. What about a person who is suffering from an eternal disease like diabetes. A person suffering from diabetes doesn’t get opportunity in jobs, also no one consider that person as a disable. So, if a physically challenged person can get a job in a company then why a diabetic can’t. Why can’t we consider a person as divyang who is suffering from internal disease. Also, pvt com do medical test before hiring a person and they hire employees who are physically challenged but diabetic patient can’t be hired.
I think both internal and external challenged should be treated as divyang and should get equal opportunity in every field.
