Here comes a great news for students who want to appear in CBSE UGC NET Exam 2018. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the dates for filling online application has been extended. So, those candidates, who missed applying for the exam, can now go and apply online.
The new date for filling UGC NET Online Application for July 2018 Exam has been extended till 12th April 2018. The candidate should make hurry and go for the registration as soon as possible.
Earlier, the registration was about to close on 6th April 2018. With the extension, the candidates have got a second chance to fill up UGC NET Online Application. The candidates can fill the form till 12 April and submit the fee till 13th April 2018.
The CBSE UGC NET Exam is conducted to select the eligible candidates for junior research fellowship or the post of assistant professors. The exam is conducted in 84 subjects.
How to Apply for UGC NET 2018 July Exam?
Step 1) Log on to the official website of CBSE NET – cbsenet.nic.in
Step 2) On the homepage, click on the link with anchor ‘Apply for NET July 2018’.
Step 3) Fill the details asked in the Application Form.
Step 4) Upload Scanned Photo and Signature.
Step 5) Make payment of the Examination Fee.
Step 6) Download and Print the Confirmation Page.
UGC NET FEE Details
For General Candidates – Rs. 1000
For OBC Candidates – Rs. 500
For SC/ST/PwD Candidates – Rs. 250
You can make the fee payment via debit/credit card or bank challan. Your challan must be made in Syndicate/ Canara/ ICICI Bank.
