There were happier days when Lalu Yadav’s favourite activity was applying haldi (turmeric) to a flying bird. Unfortunately, he is not in a situation to perform that asserted point currently. He looked so downhearted at the prospect of his jail-stay due to the fodder scam cases.
He appeared to be dangling between a bail and a parole. It was a dismal day for the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Lalu Prasad Yadav who may move the court of law for parole to attend his elder son’s marriage, which supposed to take place on May 12.
RJD party leaders said that the advocates could move for the parole in view of the big family occasion and get legal provisions for it. His lawyers would approach the court with the parole application by April 20, so said the news.
A son’s need to be with his father never ends. The party MLA Shakti Singh Yadav maintained that if laws permitted, Lalu Yadav should certainly be there on the important family occasion of Tej Pratap’s nuptials.
The very presence of the paternal figure would definitely bring mirth in the family. He would then be able to share hi joy, affection and blessings.
It remains to be seen whether he is granted custody parole or regular parole.
