Rape is not a problem of Indian society only. Neither it’s the political or religious problem of India. The whole world is struggling with this heinous crime against women.
Let us suppose a child is born. Now when he was born was there any sticker /label on his forehead mentioning that this child would one day become a rapist? or have you ever heard from any fortune teller or astrologer that this child will commit n no. of rapes in his life ??? The answer is a BIG NO. Then how does one becomes a rapist? What led him to commit such a heinous crime? What are the causes or the reasons behind on this? In my view, The reason is we, the people are responsible for such kind of crimes. Now the question is how we are responsible. By addressing this point I clearly make sure that there are two reasons for rapes in the country:
1. The hypocritic society.
2. The poor legislative & judicial system of the country which takes a large time to give the justice to the victims or delayed to give the final verdict.
We talk a lot about education, hunger, or poverty! And many politically centric people try to politicise the rape for their benefits!
But today really all the youth need to stand up and talk about girls! Who might be your sis, mother or anyone! Nowadays most of them live in constant fear of our hostile social environment ! We are unable to male them feel free and safe !!
In the country like india where women deities are worshiped as a form of utmost power goddess !the worst scenario is rampant sexual harassment , rape , and murder of innocent girls ,
Have you asked the reason why this is happening ! Well, something worse is going on in our society ! Should we blame any political party for such constatnt and gigantic amount of rape happening in our society ? Or poor law and order situation or negligence of youth or leaders of our society !!
Well, our conservative society most of the time blames girls on the basis of their dresses but they failed to think beyond it , they fail to judge or never try to judge the prepetrators who have commited the heinious crime !are they worthy of living free life ????
Girls who are raped and murdered get justice?? They may be poor or insignificant in the society but all are the daughters of a father and a mother not an object for sexual exploitation !!
Literally, all the bombastic political talks dont drive away girsl fears of rape, murder , molestaion , exploitation , most of the girls in our locality live in constatnt fear and insecurity and the are afraid that they will be traumatized by the incident that occur everyday !
All girls follow the same dream ! A big dream , where there is no fear ! Where the mind is without fear and head is held high , where knowledge is free !!
