India का Income tax department लगातार Cryptocurrency Exchanges पर नज़र लगाए हुए है ताकि कोई fraud का केस बच कर न जा सके. साथ ही, Income tax authorities ने India के top Cryptocurrency Exchanges से इनके users की list भी मांगी है.
What the government says about cryptocurrency in India?
Indian governments के अनुसार, Cryptocurrencies अभी भी grey area में ही है. हालाँकि government ये बात जानती है कि इन Cryptocurrency का उपयोग terror related activities में या tax छुपाने में या drugs में हो सकता है लेकिन वो ये भी मानती हैं कि इनपर पूरा बन लगाना संभव नहीं है. Indian Finance Minister हाल ही में इस पर विचार के लिए committees set कर रहे हैं.
Indian government को अभी एक robust tax structure या Cryptocurrencies (ICO) के around regulations निकलना बाकि है. हो सकता है भविष्य में Cryptocurrencies के around Indian government एक strict rules and regulations निकाल लें, लेकिन इतना हम ज़रूर जानते हैं कि वे भी blockchain technology के fans हैं, यही technology Cryptocurrencies में काम आती है.
