My aunt and uncle have been running a factory in Noida for the past 24 years called Reliable Insupacks Pvt Ltd. They were simultaneously concentrating on other projects. He is the sole owner and has no partner to reduce the burden of work . So My uncle recently decided that its time that he either finds a new partner or sells off the business. His supplier showed interest in becoming a prospective partner and so my uncle planned to discuss the terms with him. To his surprise, when he went to meet the supplier, he along with a bunch of goons gathered around my uncle and ordered him to sell off the business and hand over the factory. My uncle asked them to let him go as he felt threatened. They were quite adamant and were not letting him go. Then My uncle asked them for some time to think about it and finally after pleading and begging he was released. On Sunday, 11th March while my uncle was away for some business work, the supplier broke into the factory assisted by the local police (Surajpur, Greater Noida). My uncle was informed by one of his employees.After this, he also received a number of threatening calls. The supplier has fraudulently acquired control over the bank account of the company as well! The supplier is hugely blowing up their funds. On a daily basis, he is consuming boiler fuel by burning wood worth 2 lakhs against the daily bills of 80k with briquettes of agricultural waste. Twenty four years of hard work was reduced to nothing in just a matter of seconds!! The factory was a major source of livelihood for my aunt and uncle. It has been around 26 days. The police is not cooperating as the supplier has political connections. My aunt and uncle are running from pillar to post. This is helplessness at its peak!
The situation demands urgent attention and action by relevant authorities. Help is required immediately!!! Most of the time the police is hesitant to take action only because the accused has political clout. Those who are supposed to enforce law are bending before politicians. In such a case how can the innocent avail justice???? Kya yahi hai “ACHHE DIN??
