I watching news as I came through a major decision by jodhpur court against salman khan.
There were shocking revelations as I started studying the case:-first in a case of poaching this
Is a conviction that comes as shocking…looking at the quantum of sentence.secondly I feel
He has been singled out in this case .others who instigated him are acquitted with benefit of doubt.
I wonder is he paying a price for superstardom.Thirdly I feel in such cases of poaching usually the
Convict is granted bail but in this case he has been given 5 yrs of jail term.This seriously puts
a question at our judiciary.fourthly I feel if all are equal in the eyes of law why not him.
Why was he singled out.Is he one of the just cases of judiciary.Is our judiciary full of corrupt people.
Its been 20 years since this case is going on.I feel what sort of a torture he has gone through..
As they say tareekh par tareekh….and after so many years a quantum of sentence.
Another thing the same bishnoi samaj does not make hue and cry if anyone else killed the black buck.look at Gujrat there lions are endangered if so much for wild life why the state govts
Kept quite on this.Why so much drama over wildlife when they themselves have not
Looked for welfare of animals.fifthly the court rules out saying he is a superstar.he should
Set an example whereas others can do whatever they want?Why only him after 20 years of trial.
Others can do whatever they want.sixthly I feel he has done enough good work such as being human
Treating cancer patients.such a person has done good work for years and he is a convict?
Seventhly I feel as a celebrity a superstar and as a an actor he is quite vulnerable his every detail
Out in the open…the media and commoners will always attack him.so he will not be able to
Defend himself.so others have to come and help .he is a victim as he is going through media
Trial.his mental situation can only be imagined.eighthly I feel if we see the hindu -muslim
Venom spread out in the open is he targeted for being a muslim.Is the govt. pro hindu.
With the shivraj singh Chauhan Sarkar already declaring hindu saints as mantris we can only imagine
What muslims are going through in this country.Also these are people who have battling hindu -muslim drama for years and am talking about lawyers the y are used to giving such verdicts so giving sentence is not a big deal for them.
I hope justice is delayed but not denied in this case.And as they say …ek bhi masoom ko justice
Na mile aisa hone nahi denge….so let’s hope he gets bail.toh insaaf sab ke sath hona chaiye chahe woh hindu ho y a muslim…aam ya superstar?His friends in Bollywood should come to support him…..
