I Write Because It Is Just A Better Way Of Communication

The hashtag pulled me with a magnetic force and I ended up writing this.

Honestly, explaining why I write is a not-so-easy task. A pen and paper have been my constant companions for as long as I entered my teen years, the period of one’s life when there is a dire need to express oneself. Being an extremely shy child before puberty spun me around, talking about the ever-increasing thoughts germinating inside my head to my family or friends didn’t quite feel like an option. So I took to writing. And I am pretty sure that is the story of thousands of introverts out there, reading this.

Writing is just solace for me, like many other freestylers. When I sit down to write, I don’t have any idea of what I am going to fill the blank pages with. I usually write when I just have a lot on my head and a desire to clear the traffic up there, or when I experience something beautiful and don’t want it to get lost in all the daily mayhem.

This was the reason why a simple activity like writing is the delight of my life. It doesn’t need a motive, it’s so beautifully complete on it’s own.
