Did You Get Your ‘Certificate Of Nationalism’ Yet?

Deepika Rajawat, the lawyer who took up the Kathua rape victim’s case, was called an ‘anti-national.

JNU students Kanhaiya Kumar and Shehla Rashid have been titled ‘anti-national’ so many times that the phrase has kind of become synonyms for them.

Even I was called an ‘anti-national terrorist’ for rejecting the romantic advances of a stalker who’s been after me for one whole decade.

I’m someone who has always questioned the status quo, as is evident from my blogs since 2011.

However, before the Modi government came into power, ‘anti-national’ wasn’t a word I’d be called if I was unhappy with the state of affairs. But under the current regime, it’s been thrown around like woollen jackets on a summer afternoon.

But fikar not, my fellow Indians! You can get your certificate of nationalism from Filter Copy’s office. Don’t believe me? Check out their latest video.

The writer needs a loud round of applause for the amazing metaphors. The message, in the end, is heartwrenching.
