Taking 25th yr of experience to say that Work mentality is getting detrimental day by day. People are in search of making other fool & avoid to take Responsibility. The Performance level also decreasing with the passage of time. I personally fear to do any new business or establishment in west Bengal

Still I fear, why people are not interested to work & love Escapism
The Question naturally comes, whether we are really going towards development or Something else ?
