Why This Young Delhi Author’s Book Brings Together Stories That Celebrate Failure

When one starts a journey towards success, failure comes along the way as part of the deal. Some people give up after the first failure, but very few learn from those failures and strive hard to achieve success. These are the ones who truly understand the real essence of ‘celebrating failure’.

A young author from Delhi, Dhruv Avdesh, has brought together stories of 10 individuals in his book, “Celebrating Failure“. These individuals never gave up no matter how many obstacles they had to face and were eventually able to carve out a niche for themselves.

“Celebrating Failure” presents to you these stories in a very candid manner that readers can instantly relate to. By the end, one starts to feel a positive vibe.

“Celebrating Failure” chronicles the lives, journeys and major failures of these people from different walks of life who were once rejected or told that their ideas or talents weren’t good enough, only to break away from such negative moulds and assumptions to be who they are today. It has been rightly said by Elon Musk, Failure is an option here. If things are not failing, you are not innovating enough.

In the book, you will come across stories of some well-known personalities like Mithali Raj (Indian Cricketer), Arunabh Kumar (founder and Chief Experiment Officer of The Viral Fever Media Labs) and some unsung heroes like Rahul Arya (India’s first sand artist), Anupama Joshi (India’s first female Wing Commander of the IAF), Nehha Bhatnagar (youngest arts impresario in India), etc.

This entire book is a non-fictional account of whatever the above-mentioned personalities have experienced in their lives and it clearly gives the message that failure is something inevitable; if we want to achieve something in life, than we have to exponentially increase our failure rate.
