So there is no need to explain what actually menstrual hygiene means right? In every house there is at least 1 to 2 women. And i am sure they go through this. So this menstruation is a common term in every household. Sadly some people do not like talking about mentruation or menstrual hygiene in public. I can’t understand why. This is a common problem right? Then why can’t you discuss about this on public basis. Let me tell you hygiene during this days is really very important. You need to take a really good care of yourself. You need to keep yourself clean.
