My Question to them is WHY!!! Problem is people don’t know what is Menstruation ,why it happens and what all changes comes in a women body during this,it’s more than just Bleeding, And not many people are interested in knowing.
Menstruation is a cycle of changes which occurs inside a women’s body, it involves Bleeding, Hormonal changes, Mood Swings , Cramps, Pain and much more.it is different for every Women.
But it’s not just a girl Problem, Men also try to understand series of xhancha a women go through as she needs emotional support during this time.A men can only support only if he actually knows and understand what is happening inside her.
A women will be able to easily overcome menstruation pain and uncomfortanance if the men undeeunder her actual condition.
