Recently, the government has announced increase in gratuity benefit from Rs.10.00 lacs to Rs.20.00 lacs wef 29.3.2018 for bank n PSU employees whereas for Central n state govt employees, it is made effective from 01.01.2016. Hence, we request the government to Renotify the date as 01.01.2016 instead of 29.3.2018 so that the staff those who hv retd during 01.01.2016 – 28.03.2018 may also be benefitted. We hope the government will accede to our request n do the needful n oblige us. Thanks
