Menstrual cups (must be used by married women… please read thoroughly before using; they are re-usable) and hygienic washable pads made of clean and biodegradable material (like cotton) must be made popular and easily accessible. I use both responsible and do my bit for my body and for nature. Thanks to my colleague who introduced this concept to me. Now I am spreading this word around…
