I remember when my daughter first started her menstural period ,my husband who happens to be a doctor was giving me a blank look when I tried to take some medical tips for our daughter.i was taken aback and ultimately I had to take help of my lady doctor sister in law.its the beauty of nature bestowed to womanhood and when men flaunt their moustaches and six packs as signs of manhood why this taboo with women.there should be open forums where girls and women can discuss about this problem.Most of the women in rural areas still hesitate in discussing these problems even with their husbands and if discussed not taken seriously ultimately landing them into serioue health problems relating to menopause.
