All condo owners are under one umbrella of association, each paying taxes, mortgage and property maintenance costs. Each condo unit owner is free to lease or sell it individually just like private property. There is an establishment of an association of the condo owners called condominium association. The main objective of the association is to provide condo owners with a common platform to help them in managing and maintaining the building together.
