In My Own Words: A Monthly Discussion Series For Young People’s Mental Health

Have you ever wondered what mental health means? Or struggled with overwhelming feelings and emotions, not knowing whom to talk to or seek help from? Or faced a mental health challenge and looked for more people to connect to or speak to about your experience? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this discussions series by It’s OK To Talk and Sangath is the space for you. To be held every month, the ‘In My Own Words’ discussion series focussed on increasing awareness about youth mental health and features young people talking about mental health, illness and wellbeing.

The first of the series entitled “YOU ARE NOT ALONE” is being held on 28th June, 2018 at 5 PM at Sangath, New Delhi, and will feature youth mental health advocate, Sanchana Krishnan in conversation with psychologist, Dr. Eleanor Hodgson.

If you have faced a mental health challenge or are struggling, or are searching for ways to improve your mental health and wellbeing — then RSVP here. More details below. This event is free and is welcome to everyone.
