We all want a job that pays us in six figures every month. But we are not ready to see the ground reality of our education system that how come it is going to help you in getting a job that could pay you in six figures. It’s like we are not providing education we are creating the race between students. We do not focus on students development we look towards the scores he made in exams . Everyone agrees with it that scores matters in education system no doubt but the only score can not make anyone educated . The main term in this system is not to increase skills in student its about the learning and remembering the question and answers. Unfortunately our education system is not helping to develop personality of a student. Remember, it is personality that is more important than academic qualification. To make things worse, our teachers themselves are not sufficiently trained to teach kids. They do not have proper training that how they are going to impart values in students that are going to change the future of the country. If they can teach properly then the government does not have enough salary to pay. Hence, to improve our education system teachers should be better trained and more importantly better paid.
Every year, new schools and colleges are being opened in almost all cities in India, but the quality education is still a long awaited dream for millions of Indian students. In schools and colleges, lots of attention is given to theory and books and practical knowledge is completely ignored. When these students pass the exam, they forget all the things they have studied due of lack of practical experience. In India, parents and teachers expect their students to score high in the exam (rather than acquiring the quality knowledge) and thus the education becomes a rat race. Practical knowledge and skill based education is still far away from the reach of students studying in schools, colleges and universities. There is only advertising and hording which give idea about colleges but it will not tell us about the actual worth of college .
