No-Confidence Motion Or The Mockery Of Opposition’s Failure?

Just like a release of any entertaining Bollywood movie this Friday the nation enjoyed the debate and discussions in the Sadan. With the first few days of Monsoon session 20th July Friday, the Sadan witnessed the blames and responses over the no-confidence motion presented by the opposition against the NDA government. This was the first time that Modi govt had to give a floor test. TDP leader MP Jayadev Galla brought the no-confidence motion against the ruling govt as his party is highly disappointed by the govt’s stand for the division andadevelopment of Andhra. He said that this is a war between “morality” and “majority”. After which Congress President Mr.Gandhi continued. He said that like you Mr.Galla the Farmers, Dalits, Tribals and Women are victimized and are used as weapons. Mr.Gandhi got a good chance to fortify himself so he carried on and blamed Modi for every single issue he could. He also accused the defence Minister for not disclosing the cost involved in the Rafael deal with France. He said that she promised the public that she will surely let the people know but now “it is a pact of secrecy” he mocked. Mr.Gandhi backfired the government and said that it is the symptoms of the ‘Jumla Strike’, firstly the experience gives a sense of excitement and happiness and afterwards shock and finally ends up in regret. However his speech didn’t end simply, he stood up and walked towards Mr.Modi and gestured him to get up and finally hugged him there. Maybe Mr.Gandhi was trying to justify what he said before concluding about BJP & RSS, that how it taught him to be “Hindustani” in real terms. Well this ‘Shishtachar’  by Mr.Gandhi will be accepted by the Janta or not will be decided after the elections in the following year.

Meanwhile the France Government released a clarification and their hold over the Rafael deal “A breach of the agreement between the two nations could impact security and operational capabilities of the defence equipment of India and France” ANI reported. Many of the Members of the Parliament spoke and put their party’s point from both the NDA and the opposition. And around 9:30 pm the most awaited moment came for which the country was desperately waiting that was Prime Minister Modi’s speech as it was important to see how Mr.Modi is going to react and respond to Mr.Gandhi’s allegations. It was a question mark whether he’ll be attacking or defending. Mr.Modi replied to almost all the blames made by Rahul Gandhi. He began with counting the incidents took place during the UPA time which misled the country. He said that he is astound at the manner in which the Congress party is trampling upon the truth and said that it is very unfortunate that both the countries had to respond to such childish acts. He suggested that Congress should restrain themselves from getting involved in such acts. He scourged out Rahul’s reference to Jumla Strike and equated it to the sacrifice made by the Indian Army(here mentioning about the Surgical Strike) He even advised to have confirmed information on any certain issue as in Doklam, their party representatives were not clear whether to agree or deny that Mr.Gandhi met any Chinese Official. Mr. Modi mocked for gesturing him to stand “what is the hurry to get me up and grab the PM’s chair”. This no-confidence motion has no relevance with the county’s welfare and this was just to establish confidence among themselves i.e., within their parties.

“Atal ji created three states Uttarakhand, Chattisgarh and Jharkhand and they all function peacefully” but this uneven distribution of Andhra Pradesh(A.P and Telengana) resulted in suffering of the people and destroying of the “Telgu Culture”he added.

PM Modi assured that he is helping CM C. Naidu for the states growth and development. He also mentioned about how congress opposed the proposals like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, GST and many other and also about the mobile banking before internet banking that resulted in the increased loan of 52 lakh crore in just six-years. He spoke for about 90 minutes and concluded inviting Congress to bring no-confidence in 2024.

The voting at 11 marked the victory of BJP with 325 with this the no-confidence failed and dismissed.
