BJP And TMC Are Battling To Reap Political Benefits In West Bengal

In his recent speech at a rally in central Kolkata, the BJP president Amit Shah firmly said, “We are here to uproot Mamata Banerji.” It meant he was in a poetic rapture to explore a perfect political ground there. At this point, he aspired to wrest as many as 22 Lok Sabha seats in the state.

In turn, the West Bengal Chief Minister was making all-out efforts to organise opposition parties under one umbrella to eject the ruling party Bhartiya Janata Party at the centre. It explains that both the parties were looking for its better political prospects in the coming days.

The primary motive before both the political parties like TMC and the BJP was to win the political supremacy without caring a fig for the people’s woes in the state. Amit Shah’s worry was how to bring a change in the prevailing political environment in Bengal.

While his staunch adversary Mamata Banerji was limiting his march at all costs. Both appeared to have tired of doing the similar schism time after time. Both are at daggers’ drawn in political matters. If the BJP was confident of its party’s strength, it also plans to enter into this populous state.

The TMC likes to maintain its political position with the political ease. It came to power only after dismantling the solid bastion of the communist party in the state. In case, it accomplishes something; it will be its big victory and will be intersting.

It was kind of like when one decides to visit somewhere and begins to like that type of environment better than where one has been living; it becomes better for another party to pack up and move away. Is Amit Shah not like super-hero taking cudgels with a politically powerful woman leader who was aware of his political manoeuvrings?
