Hippocrasy vs reality

It is always easier to theoretically deal with situations and advise people. However, when its comes to action, most people are indifferent to situations unless their own life or family members are affected. When one is personally affected, one would be inclined to do something about it. But leadership is not just triggered by personal life events, but through self-motivation and dedication that does not allow the leader to rest unless the change is achieved.

I have tried to incorporate these lessons in my day-to day actions since my childhood maybe due to lack of resources, facilities, love or care, for reasons I don’t know or fully understand. I always felt that our beautiful mother nature, has so much to offer us, not just resources, but learnings.  Securing good grades, getting academic degrees and a steady job, are necessities for living; but are not the kind of life goals that leaders have. What happened to me was not much different. I wanted to do something that would matter, not just to me, but to many others as well. I looked for people with similar belief system, & energy, and brought them together. In my journey, I met Abhishek, Pratibha, Abhinav, Deepika and Himanshu Bhiaya. These are the people who do not take things for granted, or just follow others for the sake of following. These are the people with their own ideas, passion, and perception towards life, society, and environment. In our collective journey, there have been people who have been skeptical about our future and doubt our work towards change. But guess what! Help, support, and goodwill flows in you move on. When you do good, sooner or later, the paths will become clear for you to tread on.
