The horrors of growing up

From making faces with the laundry clips to smilies,
From fighting with my sister for a colour chalk to charger,
From watching the milk boil while mom rests to watching series when she is working all day,
From watching mom sleep peacefully to fighting for a different room,
From taking long walks with uncle to whatsapp new year wishes,
From guessing what mom would cook for dinner to swiggy almost everyday,
From crying for broken toys to crying for shallow heartbreaks,
From playing with the street dogs to using them for photography contests,
From fun ghost games with cousins to hardly meeting them,
From the incomplete homework fear to brave bunking,
From adoring adult life to realizing that childhood was the heaven phase,
From picking the chocolate distribution partner to lame HBD texts that facebook reminds you off,
Everything about our childhood is amazing, tremendously blessed and wholly different from who we are right now . it’s funny how people refer crazy adults “kids”.
You find the kindest hearts, purest minds and the most transparent nature only in the young souls.
So never tell anybody to grow up . growing up is a curse, we’re all living a curse .
Human existence is a blessing as long as you’re a toodler!
