Initially it wasn’t clear that if it was the label tag or the price tag. However, later it was confirmed that it was a price tag dangling.
The incident happened when the Duke and Duchess landed in Tonga as part of their royal tour. Such fashion goof ups are pretty common for common people, but when it happens with a celebrity like Meghan it invites public scrutiny. This happened with Meghan as well.
