By Eating An Apple, Eve Encouraged Every Woman To Question Orders

The creation of human beings is still a riddle. We can’t make head or tail of the query. Some argue that everything in this universe is created whimsically by nature itself. Some opine that there may have been a prominent role of the Almighty behind this mysterious creation. However, little is seen through the loophole.

Yet, it evokes hope that human agency is constantly striving to unriddle complexities. The Holy Bible states that before being relinquished, humans were provided with safety in heaven by God himself. But one blunder that entirely changed the destiny of humanity. This was the violation committed by Eve.

God at first created Adam from the soil, but when his mental state was about to break down, Eve was created from the bone of Adam’s left chest to accompany him.

God sent his behest to both of them not to savour at any cost the forbidden fruit that was at the centre of the heaven. God arranged lavish amenities for them and cautioned them of the danger if by any means they disobeyed his order.

But, one day out of curiosity Eve relished the fruit and it was more tasty than any other fruit in heaven. She realized that her body and mind had acquired something that was not felt before.

She strode in haste towards her companion, Adam and asked him to have it as well. Adam at once rejected her proposal and admonished her for eating the fruit. Eve articulated before him the transition she felt both in her body and mind after taking the fruit and subsequently succeeded in convincing him.

God’s wrath then came upon them.

They were castigated harshly and sent to the earth from heaven, the place of eternal rapture. Now, we certainly may blame Eve for committing such a grave mistake. But if she had not committed the sin, perhaps we would never be here.

It establishes the fact that God never did desire to give us our own entity, rather Eve snatched it out of God’s hand. She was the first explorer in the history of human discovery. She showed her mettle to God, she made us self-reliant.

People’s inquisitive nature, to know the unknown, to see the unseen is nothing but a reflection of Eve’s spirit. Researchers today are following in her footsteps to discover the undiscovered. Long live the unflinching spirit of Eve and let us make an effort not to let her actions be obscured.
