Kishtwar, 16 April 2019: In a blatant violation of Model Code of Conduct, Physical Education Teacher Karnail Singh posted at Govt. High School Pocchal in Kishtwar, updated his profile picture with the tagline of the BJP Campaign on his Facebook profile. Despite the strict instructions from DEO Kishtwar not to indulge in MCC voilation during the period of Parliamentary Election 2019, the said teacher openly violated MCC on social media.
Sources revealed that Shri Karnail Singh is campaigning secretly for BJP candidate. He updated his Facebook profile with tagline of BJP that is taking troll on social media. The public has appealed to District Election Officer Kishtwar Shri Angrez Singh Rana to act strictly against the erring employees so that fair parliamentary elections are ensured.
