World Peace Is The Need Of The Hour

Easter, Resurrection of Jesus. “He has risen from the Death and He is Lord“. Yes, Easter is the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ from death. After he was crucified, third-day he rose back and went to heaven. “He will return, this is what we believe in.

Belonging to a Christian school since my kindergarten, I am immensely religious. I have read the bible, I have believed in ‘Son Of God’ and while growing I got to know that ‘ He is the most mentioned person in the Quran‘.  In Islam, Jesus is believed to have been the precursor to Prophet Muhammad.  What ?? So these religions have a link, a young toddler mind of mine was amazed and went curious to know more in deep. Trust me, when I was in the third standard I had a fair understanding of the principles of Christianity and Islam. But because of school assemblies, I know more about the Bible than the Quran. Apparently, this is the reason why I am more fluent in Bible Quotes than Quran Words.

Waking up to heart-wrenching news about serial blasts in Sri Lanka bloodied ruined my Sunday. I being a very emotional person a dedicating my words and prayers to victims and their family. Curbing misinformation the article I read in the morning was too precise.

A few days back ‘Notre Dame Cathedral Fire’ broke my heart. Though no death was reported, the World mourns over the damage of Cathedral, a symbol of Christianity in France, the most sacred place. Considerably, one of the World’s greatest treasures. The picture which got viral sighting Cathedral’s Spire collapsing because of blaze stopped my heart.

This writing is my feeling, not a piece of information or any sort of articulation. Just pouring my heart in a jar of words. Consequently, thousands assembled in the streets observing silence, singing hymns, saying prayers and weeping their heart out.

Why did the Holy Week saw so much?  The week observing Good Friday and Easter is considered the Holy Week.
Just wondering why this Holy Week saw so much?

Similarly, at the end of March 2019,  Terror Attack in Christchurch Newzealand took place and 50 innocent lives were lost.

The world is not at peace, the world is suffering, humanity is crying. Why such bad news is flashing on our television screens on a daily basis? Prayers, words, and condolences for every single innocent soul lost in these tragedies. I am trying to contribute my bit by pouring my feelings and emotions out through words. after doing my end’s possible contribution just got a thought to pour my feelings and emotions through my words. Giving words to my emotions make me stronger, but this emotional person is really worried about humanity and peace.

We are with you France, New Zealand and Srilanka. Pray for humanity and Peace, else the world will meet an end.

Peace in this world to preach,
peace among nations engaged in wars,
peace in our dwelling and lives,
peace in our Hearts. O God! Bless Us.
Amen.#PrayForTheWorld #Penwoman #Peace #Humanity
