i want to give few advise on city air pollution. Govt ,nigam, municipality should pass some legal compulsory orders :
1. Since its very clear that prime causr of air pollution is cutting offer trees in cities, so govt should work on planting massive trees .
2. Every home must have tree outside their home , it should be 1 tree for less then 500 sq ft ,and 2 less then 1000 sq ft , 3 trees for less then 1500 sq ft.
3.state highway,cities main road, bypass road or street, one tree must be in every 100 meters compulsory.
I think these steps enough for clean air in any city.
