Life was like a prison until you came into my life,
Love was just a word until your eyes met my eyes.
The loneliness I was facing,
Fades away with your appearance.
The Smile which vanished,
Revisits with your shades of presence.
Up till now, my existence was not defined,
But your arrival made me understand different colours of life.
The need of a true friend made me cry sometimes,
Prior to this, it was just a word but you as a true friend, added meaning to my life.
Merely blood relation was not enough to describe us,
More than the genes it was the heart that connected us.
