I recently resigned from the company and yes all the above statements are true. I was from the base where crew members don’t get much flying hours that directly affects our total remuneration as Goair provides the least basic amount. Apart from this we do have sales target to achieve which is so obvious cannot be fulfilled everytime, Goair is the low cost airline where people mostly get attracted for comparatively cheap ticket fares hence one should not expect high sales from their target cistomers. Once my flight got delayed for 8 hours, people were irritated therefore didn’t purchase any product still my company sent us a mail asking a reason for Nil sale
