Srinagar 24/Dec/2019: Expressing serious concern over the deteriorating Conditions of Muslims in China, Socio- Political Activist Syed Karar Hashmi lashed over Muslim Countries for remaining Silent and unmoved Over Continuing genocide, prosecutions and a war of terror on Muslims across China.
Silence of Muslim Ummah responsible in adding more fuel to the fire in current situation of Muslims in China, resulting around 10 million Uighurs and other Muslim groups in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, are facing a brutal crackdown. Hashmi added that could Muslim countries be united, the atrocities in China, Palestine, Kashmir, Myanmar, Srilanka, Yeman, Syria would never have been existing.
Aga Karar Hashmi added that the Imam Asim shrine, one of the largest in the region, has only its tomb left. Thousands of Religious sites have been bulldozed in China. Reports are coming that 31 mosques have also been completely damaged. Last Ramadan, many Muslims in Xinjiang were missing, while others believed to be 2million Muslims are being held in mass concentration camps in china. Xining has become a big prison for Muslim minorities in china, where political indoctrination, disappearances, arbitrary arrests and killings have turned Muslims of china into labeled terrorists in their own land.
Karar Hashmi appealed Muslim Ummah to boycott Chinese products internationally and asked International organisations to take a note on the alarming humanitarian crisis and help the oppressed people of China in this crucial time.
