Poem: War on Women

It’s late at night,

Streets are empty tonight,

Wolves are howling and hungry.

The first sight of the woman,

She was defenseless and alone,

Her body alluring in the dark.

The wolves growled in agreement,

They had to seal her fate that night.

The wolves each took turn,

They ate her flesh with the woman still breathing.

Her tear filled eyes and soul stirring cries,

Angered the pack of wolves even more,

In one fatal blow, the woman lost consciousness.

And, humanity lost its soul.

Next day in news:
Another woman down!

A young doctor was gang raped,

She was also brutally burnt to death.

Somehow each instance of rape,

Leaves you dead from inside as well,

Tell me, how do you fight?

The vile display of masculine power,

How do you save the maggot infested society?

How do you cope with this war on women?
