Poem: Dear Teacher, I Wonder

Representational image.

In this creative world where we can pave our future,

We find minds like Einsteins’ who spread each of their features,

And professionals called teachers run unique ideas through minds like snow

Just like heat melts ice,

They break down concepts that we cannot swallow

Mysterious it may seem to be,

As to why they find life so easy,

Not because they can predict each detail,

But the skills that fulfill each of their tales.

Passed around from the past this quote was,

Is it possible to leave scars on a desert afar?

Success can be met if those footprints were followed,

To the teachers I adhere to, this life is narrow.

For all the chances that I can get to enter your knowledge gate,

Every moment with you is precious,

Even when my mind would not fully concentrate.

I wonder how these days have become so captivating,

That I cannot explain more than thanking,

To all the teachers out there,

Nothing could have made these days more astounding,

Than your notable deeds

That took days of noting.

Celebrate each day with great joy and pleasure,

Because all you are today is because of what you dare.
