Subject: Regarding Menstrual Health And Hygiene
Sir/Ma’am,
This letter is in reference to menstruation cycle and menstrual health of teenage girls. Females are suffering from infection due to not using proper sanitary napkins. Poor girls are not well educated about periods. Public toilets should be clean and with proper hygiene. Sanitary napkins should be available to poor on cheap prices.
Proper workshop should be given explaining periods. We should not make it a taboo around the world. This is not a disease It is a process of cleanliness in female body .
Sanitary napkins should be provided in public as well as private toilets so that anyone not having It can avail napkins easily by giving money. During these days hygiene is must. Girls should not use cloth as it can lead to infectious. They should change their napkins after 4-5 hours. They should wash their hands properly and take proper bath. The should clean their vaginal area. They should not do hard work as I see my maid doing hard work during her periods. So girls should do their
proper care.
