I am writing this application to draw your kind attention to this very sensitive and most neglected issue of our society. Menstruation, it is a very natural process. I think and belief women who can’t afford sanitary napkins should be provided by the government. As they went to these venders who provide them necessary food items at a much cheaper rate in comparison with the market like wise, they should also provide sanitary napkins to all the females at a cheap price.
Kindly look into this matter sir. And i hope and pray females could get their basic rights.
