“Happiness Is A State Of Mind”

Representational image.

Be happy for no reason. Do not crave for reasons to be happy. Rather, create reasons to be happy. It is only you who can make yourself happy. Hence, don’t depend upon others to make you happy.

Give wings to your happiness so that you can come up with flying colours. The ray of luminous enlightenment can come to you only after a spiritual meditation. So try to content yourself even when you have nothing.  All these things depend upon your inclination towards life.

You have to be content within. If you are always dissatisfied with life, then no materialistic thing can offer you happiness. The rainbow of happiness can only be achieved through the continuous endeavour of self-meditation and spiritual awareness.

Every day, be thankful for what you already have. Let us take an instance of a physically challenged lady with a huge carriage on her head. To our exclamation, she always smiles of course. A bittersweet feeling strikes us.

We even cross her by cursing her luck for giving her so much pain. But, amicably, she has taken the challenges that life has thrown upon her. Now, see the difference between a survivor and a game changer!

Hence, we should follow certain golden rules. There are five mantras to be followed in life in order to explore it in an exhilarating way.

Yes, we should flower our optimal self to show our gratification towards society. On a daily basis, we should nurture our inner self to be thankful for being alive. Secondly, we should be grateful to our parents for bringing us up. This is not enough. We should be obliged towards our Mother Earth for everything.

Actually, these are the seeds for our happiness. This is the heavenly feeling we can offer for our well-being. We are seeking our happiness in temples but we have no idea that happiness is a state of mind. We can find it through the flower of inner gratification.
