Subject: Menstruation Hygiene.
To Deputy Commissioner
Respected Sir/Ma’am
Through this I want to spread awereness about the very sensitive issue that is menstruation hygiene.
We all know that menstruation occurs to each and every female and it is a natural phenomenon. But than also we see it as taboo in India. This is one of the reason why there is less hygiene facilities provided to women for the same. So first we should make each and every citizen of the country clear that is not a taboo, whether its a girl or a boy. Than the government should take necessary steps for the same. Like, cost of the sanitary pads should be cheap, toilets should be provided after a km, public toilets should be very neat and clean , security should be very high for females in a country, there should be ban on the use of dirty clothes during periods.
I have publihed many articles in the newspapers, but I don’t think they worth anything to government. So I hope atleast you understand this and take necessary steps.
