Covid 19 -: A passage from fear to self control

In a major worldwide outbreak of novel covid-19 virus ? ,the entire scenario is witnessing a sea of changes within their social circle ⭕️. The threat of the unknown enemy is day by day increasing to an alarming rate. A known enemy is better than an unknown friend. So as a strange foe corona -virus is taking thousands of lives within three months. Day by day the manifold increase of the affected ones by covid-19 has been tripled. There are more than 118,000 cases in 114 countries, and more than 5000 people have lost their lives due to this dreadful outbreak ?. Thousands and more people are fighting for lives in hospitals . The number of deaths and affected persons are likely to be expanded even more than before. The severity and gravity of the situation is even characterised as a worldwide pandemic. The fright against the dreadful disease is not enough to obtain a possible solution .The unnecessary suffering due to the threat posed by the virus is indescribable and unimaginable. Such a vicious cycle of disease has not been ever imagined and witnessed by anyone earlier than before. The uncontrollable spreading of disease is extremely aggressive and devastating. Europe is believed to be an epicentre of the disease.Whatever wrongs have been already committed can not be changed overnight but we can prevent,detect ,treat ,report the cases in a best possible way to prevent the epidemic further . Enough mobilisation , self-quarantine , social distancing,tracing and testing the affected cases,can prevent the epidemic to further transmit in a huge number. A slight carelessness will take a drastic toll on the severity of the situation like it accelerated in other developed countries. China ?? is believed to be most affected country by the menace of corona. It should be treated as health crises which have crossed all the sections of our society no matter rich or poor . So prevention is better than cure . Through a mass awareness we can curb the social epidemic. Let’s be alert. Let’s pledge to protect ourselves from the evil spreading of such menace towards society. Reducing transmission,avoiding mass gatherings, enough sanitation,cleanliness should be implemented as a weapon against the disease. Through television,social media networking , we can create an awareness drive to discard the possibility of infection. An open communication towards a goal driven action can be accomplished against the widespread of the current global crises. Tracing, isolating with a proper medical test will help to reduce the severity. .Health workers are the major agents who play a key role in detecting and treating the affected patients with much patience and care . A strong political intensity will altogether influence the society with a marked change in the behaviour and perception of people .

 

Last but not the least let’s not treat this disease as a curse or stigma.Do not corner or isolate the affected emotionally by instigating them .Just give them a physical space to heal . Reduce your fear towards love and care for each other. At this point of time we particularly need each other.So spent time with your family. Look out for the people in your neighbourhood. Stay alert.Be safe .Eat healthy.Donot stigmatised anyone. Don’t get much affected by news of media all the time . Don’t neglect your self.Stay connected.
