“does India have the strength to deal with Corona?”

The article is a bit big but has been written for you and written after much research, although I know that like every time I will be abused.

Today, the whole world is struggling with an epidemic that is currently untreated. Developed countries like Italy, America and Spain have also raised their hands, so obviously it can have more impact on us.

According to scientists and DG of ICMR, Balaram Bhargava, ‘India is in the second stage of the corona virus and the coming three weeks can prove to be very deadly for us as we will be in the third stage within three or four weeks.’ In the third stage, those people also start becoming positive who have no far-reaching contact with foreign travel or any person who has come has returned from abroad, it is also known as community spread. In which no one knows where the virus came from and large areas are infected together. If we stay indoors for the next four weeks, we can avoid infection to a great extent.

Balaram Bhargava, Director General of ICMR, states that Corona in India can affect 20 percent of the population, of which 6-7 percent can be admitted to hospitals, it means 9 to 10 crore people. According to ICMR “India is capable of testing 10 thousand people every day, due to which 50-70 thousand people can be tested in a week, if needed. But ICM R should be asked when the need arises because if tested at present, we can avoid corona to some extent. But by March 24, only 20,864 samples were tested, then the question arises that how it will be increased from 50 to 70 thousand?

At the same time we also need to know what steps the government has taken for our safety?
For your information, let me tell you that the first case of Corona in India came on 30th January, at the same time, the Foreign Trade Directorate has made all kinds of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, which is for the protection of doctors including masks, sanitizers and body cover) export was prohibited. But the Modi government amended on 8 February and lifted the ban on gloves, masks and sanitizers and PPE started exporting again. While it is to be noted here that by February 8, Corona cases had increased globally and India had also canceled flights to Corona-infected countries but lifted the ban on export of PPE.
After this, cognizance of this thing was not taken for many days and doctors complained many times but the government kept exporting them. Scroll dot In (Satyagraha) journalist Supriya Sharma and NDTV’s senior journalist Ravish Kumar also pleaded many times but would not get lice on the ears of the government. Even after playing the :Taalis and Thaalis’, when doctors’ morale was falling, some doctors complained about it on Twitter, then the Modi government awakened on March 23 and directed to ban the export of PPE.

On the other hand, there is an atmosphere of fear among doctors due to the lack of N-95 masks in India. If we talk about ventilators, the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry had also banned the export of ventilators on January 31, but the Modi government of the Center, on February 8 amendment lifted the ban on it and exported ventilators to countries like Nepal. But export was again banned on 23 March due to pressure, but no official figures have been revealed as to how many ventilators have been exported. At the same time, on 12 February, the opposition had asked the government to arrange items like ventilators and PPE, but at that time the Prime Minister and the Home Minister were busy toppling the government of Kamal Nath in Madhya Pradesh, so they did not have time to solve the country’s problem. According to Caravan’s report, the Government of India has made the government company HLL the nodal agency and asked HLL to supply 7.5 lakh PPE by May 2020 whereas India needs 5 lakh PPE per day because PPE is an use and throw product.

But the thing to understand is that according to Dhruv Chaudhary, president of the Indian Society of Critical Care, “There are around 40 thousand ventilators in the country, most of which are available in metro cities, medical colleges and private hospitals.” So it is a simple matter that the number of ventilators is like a ‘Gaagar’ in the ‘Saagar’. The government’s attitude here raises further questions because on February 27, The World Health Organization (WHO) asked all countries to arrange masks, sanitizers and ventilators in advance as the situation was likely to worsen. But still the Indian government ignored it and exported items like PPE and ventilators and did not worry about the safety of the people and doctors of the country.

But nothing happened after pressuring the government, then people like Manish Mundra (filmmaker) came forward. The government awakened on 22 march, and Health Secretary Luv Agarwal ordered 1200 ventilators, which may take at least one and a half months to come because a company called Hamilton makes 15,000 ventilators a year but keeping in view the current situation, Has increased the production by 30 to 40 percent, but still it is impossible to fulfill the order.

But we only enjoy clapping and playing the Thaalis because according to Modi ji, that noise pollution boosts the doctors. While at this time they do not even have time to hear the clap. It would have been better if ventilators and PPE were facilitated to encourage.

America already had ventilators, but given the situation, it has ordered 30 thousand ventilators and the population of America is 33 crores, similarly Germany has also ordered new ten thousand ventilators and Germany has a population of eight and a half crores. India currently has ordered only 1200 ventilators while the population of India is 130 crores.
Dr. Ramanan Laxminarayan, director of the Center for Disease Dynamics, said that “We may be trailing a bit compared to the rest of the countries, but there have been situations like in Spain and china. Yes, the situation will be similar here and in a few weeks we should be ready for the tsunami of Corona. “

According to the report of BBC correspondent Saroj Singh and the statistics of the Union Ministry of Health, in the year 2017-18, the Government of India made provision to spend 1.28% of its GDP on health services.
Apart from this, the government spent only 621 rupees on per capita health in 2009-10.
In the last eight years, the per capita expenditure on health services has increased but in 2017-18 it has increased to Rs 1657 per person.
So with these figures you can better understand that how much India has the ability to fight corona.

But all these things were sidelined by the mainstream media in the same way as Dalits are done in the country. If the mainstream media had first questioned the growing shortage of ventilators and PPE, we would not have to look for ventilators. But before March 20, the media was only showing a picture of Corona, scaring people and displaying Scindia Babu as ‘Maharaj’.

Now we talk about the financial package (Here, Financial package means Relief fund)that should be given by the government to the workers. Daily wage laborers, street laborer, BPL holders and other poor people are quite high in India. According to the World Bank’s 2016 figures, 30 percent of India’s population falls below the poverty line, that is, 220 million people fall below the poverty line. In such a situation, the government should have announced financial packages for BPL holders and daily wage workers. Before the Prime Minister’s address on 24 March, people expected that the Prime Minister would announce the financial package, but the hope was lost. Many state governments are providing facilities like free food to the poor and the Kejriwal government of Delhi has announced to give five thousand rupees to the each construction worker. Nearly four lakh workers are registered under the Delhi BOCW, the money will go directly to their account and most of the workers keep on moving from city to city in search of work, in such a way that the amount will be found only after their identification and verification. So right now we cannot expect more from it because it is a long process that will take time. Similarly, arrangements for night shelter and free food have also been made by the Kejriwal government in Delhi, but full information was not provided to the people. such decisions have also been taken by the governments of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, in which free food and the UP government have promised to give thousand rupees to the poor, which is like cumin in the camel’s mouth. Meanwhile, in a meeting of the Modi cabinet on Wednesday, taking a big decision for about 80 crore people of the country, it has been decided to give them wheat for Rs 2 a kg and rice for Rs 3 a kg. Around 80 crore people in the country have their names registered in Rashancards. Union Minister Prakash Javadekar gave the information after taking a press conference after the cabinet meeting. He informed that the central government will give 7 kg per person ration every month to the people.

The National Health Authority (NHA) has decided to include the treatment of corona virus under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme so that even the poorest of the poor can get treatment in private hospitals.

On March 19, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the creation of an Economic Response Task Force on the Corona virus, declaring that a relief package would be decided under the leadership of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. But even after passing the full 7 days, the Finance Minister has not yet given the names of the task force members. At the same time, America has $ 1600 billion, Germany has $ 610 billion, Britain has $ 442 billion, France has $ 335 billion, Spain has $ 220 billion, Australia has $ 189 billion, Sweden has $ 77.3 billion and Canada has $ 57.26 billion to fight with Corona. Currently one dollar is equal to 76 rupees.

According to the Indian media, which is the world’s most begging, helpless, and poor country ‘Pakistan’, this country has also announced a financial package of 1.3 trillion and has also reduced the prices of petrol and diesel by 15 rupees. No package has been announced by India yet and petrol diesel is selling more expensive than other countries in India because the government has cut 23 rupees in the name of excise duty.

If you have heard the speech of the Prime Minister on 24 March, then its summary is that “We have nothing to offer nor any solution to any of your problems, you can save yourself at your level because we are unable to provide you anything.” Now this thing may sting a lot of people, but I have also said this with facts because the Modi government at the Center has nothing to spend.
According to Business Today editor Rajiv Dubey, India has a small amount for emergency or disaster relief. 3800 crores in the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund, which is very low. The government could raise money from the State Disaster Relief Fund (SDRF) or the National Disaster Relief Fund (NDRF). 20,000 crore in the SDRF and Rs 25,000 crore in the NDRF, but it is worth noting that their funds have also been spent due to disasters in the recent past. For example, the construction work that took place after the Uttarakhand floods in 2013 is still being paid from the relief fund. Also, there is no epidemic under NDRF. It covers only natural disasters like flood, earthquake, famine, tsunami, cyclone.

If corona spreads in India on a large scale then serious problems will arise because many items like financial package, treatment, ventilator, PPI, oxygen cylinder, mask and sanitizer will require huge amount of money but the government still has Including the Disaster Fund and Disaster Management is $ 563 million, or about Rs 4300 crore. And to put it clearly, it will not be easy to face the corona virus even in a state with this amount.

In such a situation, the government does not have any money at all because the government has cleared the Reserve Bank first. And the government companies had money, but now they also have debt.
Non-performing assets, that is, no longer have enough courage in the government banks facing submerged debt to bear this disaster further. The state of the economy is not hidden from anyone
In such a situation, the government can extract a hefty amount from the agricultural budget and defense budget. At the same time, Government can also take a loan of two lakh crores, but this will increase the inflation rate significantly, the debt will increase on the country and in the coming time, the tax can also increase. That is why it is believed that ‘Modi government has nothing but to beat the Thaalis’.

Some people even said that the Prime Minister could call Lockdown through Twitter, but those innocent birds do not know that Media needs a Damru to play for 21 days. Now you will see how the media uses this PM’s speech as propaganda for the next 21 days.

By observing all these problems you are being requested to stay at home. But police brutality has also come to light in many places. According to a report published in Rajasthan Patrika of 25 March, the police in Dhaulpur drove away the vegetable cart and the mining and transport of gravel are going on indiscriminately. At the same time, many videos of Punjab Police also came out in which police beating the common people on getting out of the houses, while they should have acted according to the law. Many videos of Delhi Police have also gone viral, in which police are beating people while abusing mother and sister. I am unaware of the relation between Corona and mother-sisters. The police in some places are maligning the khaki uniforms of the entire country which is morally wrong.

I will request you to stay at homes for the next four to five weeks because the government is not able to save you. So you can save your life at your own level, so save because the ruling people can see the spectacle by turning the news channel from the AC Chambers because they only have the arrangement to topple the government but not to run the Country.
