Hey, Self!

I love you!

It is more important than any time in the word to give time to yourself. I understand this time is tough but it will go too. We all are struggling during this time. Watching and hearing the news all day can hamper our mental health. It has become important to meditate during this time.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert to try meditation. There is a lot of guided meditation available online on youtube. The simplest meditation that you can do is to play a soulful meditation sound on youtube and take out time to go within yourself and find yourself.

Take that 10 minutes for yourself. Close your eyes, breathe and let go.

In silence, you will find rejoice. In silence, you will find you.

Meditation will help not only you to be calm but also help to heal the environment around you. It will help you to ignite the power within you and focus on yourself.

Once you have meditated you can also take out a few minutes to write your thoughts. Take care of your health and mind! Take care of yourself and stay at home!
