When period begins me first time .i were totally unknown to this .my mom told me .its monthly periods of girl .you should not worry about this .it normal .just take it easy .firstly i face pain .slowly slowly .i got relief to the pain in period time .I feel happy with my period time because my parents always provide me #SanetryNapkin .and its good for all .dont use cloth .sometimes its made a reason of cancer etc . Now my singht is positive towards my period .i dont take it negitive or tantion full .Now I am taking it normally . And my periods for me not a burdon . My story is not long .just start from tantion and end with happiness .I just want to say . Told your daughter about period .
