- Regular check-ups. Make it a point to head to your gynaecologist, at least annually, for a check-up to ensure everything is running smoothly inside.
- Exercise. Like any other part of your body, your vaginal health requires exercise too. Doing Kegel exercises are said to be helpful in improving bladder function, bowel movement, and for stronger orgasms.
