How To Rise Above During The Lock-Down

Since the beginning of the year, very unique things have happened. But should we be getting bored? Not at all, but we need to understand the gravity of this situation since it is not an easy time.  First of all, we need to understand that it’s really essential to stay at home. It’s not easy but there are a lot of benefits to staying at home.

Ways To Be Happy During The Lockdown

1 Gardening is a good option and makes us very active and healthy.

2 Painting by parents with their kids also effective and making our bond strong with our kids.

3 Drawing not only fun but also a remedy to take out all your suppressed emotion in the art form.

4 Yoga at home with the alternative of walking, gymming, working out.

5 Cooking various healthy and delicious food items to keep infections at bay which spread via street or junk food

6 Playing indoor games like carrom, chess, ludo, etc instead of video games.

7 Don’t rely on the internet but do other things.

8 Use a computer but for limited hours. Too much use of the net, cell phone is not good for health.

9 Various art and craft projects and use of waste to create something appealing and to enhance your creativity.

10 Writing Poetry, writing an article for a blog to spread awareness and to keep you connected with the outer world without needing to go outside
