What is a workplace?

Everyone knows that a workplace is a place where people work such as an office or industry.

How does a happy workplace look like?

Probably like this!

A happy workplace culture mainly depends on the engagement of people who are really into something full of enthusiasm and exuberance, who are passionate about their work, we often seek a positive workplace culture. Because it improves teamwork, it improves productivity and efficiency. Most importantly it reduces stress.

How to create an ideal workplace

First and foremost, an ideal workplace is one which ensures the safety and security of all workers.

By ensuring these points and rules, we can develop an ideal workplace:

  1. Empowerment
  2. Regular health check-ups
  3. Collective participation
  4. Enhancing training skills
  5. Zero tolerance to gender discrimination
  6. Zero tolerance towards sexual harassment and abuse
  7. Comfortable furniture
  8. Maintaining clean environment
  9. Enhancing training skills
  10. Should not allow the influence of party politics in workplace
  11. Reasonable price cafeteria in workplace

How does my ideal workplace look like?

In short, my ideal workplace should be a place such that it not only gives me a salary, but also teaches me something every day, the process of learning-by-doing should be an important part. It should be a place where I should love to go and can work with full heart. And in the workplace,  everyone should get recognition for their efforts.

I would love to work around such people who are fun-loving, creative and out of the box. People who love adventure and recreational tours who would respect me and I would respect them as well. Such a place would have a high ethical standard that it practises and not just give lip service.

Generally I thrive in chaos, anything repetitive or mundane will make me suffer more, I like a chill work environment which does not have strict and ridiculous rules.

Last but not the least my dream workplace should be such which respects humanity and work-life equilibrium. No matter what field I am there should be time for my family and my self every day and it should not be hectic and tedious.
