TVF Panchayat: Good Content You Can Watch With Your Family

पंचाय में रघुवीर, चंदन और अभिषेक।

After the success of Kota Factory & Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhan, Jitu Bhaiya is back with a stellar performance.

Panchayat by TVF is a unique and charming story about an Engineering graduate, who for the lack of a better job option, takes a job as the Secretary of Panchayat in a small village Phulera in Uttar Pradesh. While his best friend got a good package job in the city itself.

Jitendra Kumar, with his amazing skill, fits perfectly in his character of Abhishek Tripathi. I loved that despite all the pain and despair he never gets off the track for preparing for CAT exams.

One can see his misery but also his growing affection towards the villagers. His ally Chandan Roy, who plays his assistant Vikas, adds much relief in his life. Also, it was a pleasure to watch Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta in fun-loving characters. Their relationship is sour and sweet which was a total delight to watch.

There was a package of solid performances from other casts as well – Faisal Malik as Prahlad Pandey, Chandan Roy as Vikas, Biswapati Sarkar as his friend Prateek. Overall, it was an amazing amalgamation of humor, it talks about various rural reflections like superstition, self-respect and humanity.

“Do bacche hain meethi kheer,
Usse zyada bavaseer”

(To children are like a sweet dessert,
Any more is like piles)

This important message was conveyed very humorously.

In short, in these lockdown days, if you are looking forward to watching some good content with your family then ‘Panchayat’ is the one you can watch!
